I am trying to contact Gloria Ross who contributed to your Newsletter in 1997-98 with a History of the Clan Ross Association of Canada. She has also sought Macdonalds related to Donald Roy Macdonald of Baleshare in North Uist. It is in that context that I would like to write to her. Can you help with an e-mail address? I would be very grateful. I realise your contacts were 10 years ago plus, but I am hopeful that you can help!

Would love to get in touch with any Canadian "Fairs". My parents emigrated to Australia in 1955, from the Fair family of Auchtermuchty, Scotland. We have every name back to the 1500's and may be related to Eochaid the Fair who was the Pictish King of Fyfe and grandson of Kenneth MacAlpin, first King of Alba. There are also stories of our name deriving from Fearchar Mac an t'Sagairt, the first O'Beolan Earl of Ross.
